So will Raila give in to demands by his loyalist that he guarantees Nyanza the Secretary General's seat? We are told that those pushing the agenda has told Raila that he must give Nyanza Anyang Nyogo's seat But Raila did not respond. The question in many people's minds is will he or will not allow the will of the party members to prevail.

Two commissioners at the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission have been meeting candidates shortlisted for interviews for various positions advertised. The meetings, usually in hotels, entail promises that the outcome of the outcome of the interviews can be 'guided' with a little facilitation.

Still on the EACC, a Western country is unhappy with one of the commissioners whom they believe is out to cleanse individuals under investigation. Sources say the country believes the commissioner is a business partner of a politician who has been under investigation for several years now.

What deal is in the offing between newly re-elected Senator Moses Wetang'ula and Deputy President William Ruto? The two are rumoured to have held a series of meetings directly, and through their proxies, over the last several weeks. It is alleged that a cooperation agreement may be announced soon. No wonder some of the Ford-Kenya MPs having been asking Ruto to join Wetang'ula.
