Kidero escapes unhurt as his car rolls in Kisii

NAIROBI, Kenya, Dec 7 – Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero was on Saturday morning involved in a road accident in Kisii as he was trying to avoid a head on collision with another vehicle.
Eyewitnesses said Kidero’s Range Rover swerved to avoid hitting an oncoming Probox when it rolled several times and landed on its roof.
Luckily he and his driver escaped with minor injuries.
Kidero was headed to Homa Bay County where he had been invited as the Guest of Honour at the Asumbi Catholic Mission, which is celebrating its platinum jubilee.
The vehicle was towed to Keumbu police station.
