Junior administration policemen in Kisumu are complaining about a newly appointed boss who is illegally deducting their pay after hiring them out to provide additional security services to a local firm. They say the senior officer deducts a total of Sh1,200 daily from each of the four officers assigned on duty daily claiming the amount was part of his returns for assigning them the duty. IF he is interested, maybe its time for Deputy Inspector General, Administration Police Service Samuel Arachi to step in and stop the officer from skimming off an average of Sh36,000 per month from his junior policemen!
