Just a day after a memo in the Foreign Affairs Ministry caused a storm, another letter has been sent asking hotels and lodges in Amboseli to contribute to the homecoming ceremony of Interior and National Coordination Cabinet Secretary Joseph Ole Lenku. Though the authenticity of the letter could not be immediately verified, the letter is on a government letter head and contains the signatures of a deputy County Commissioner.

Are there TNA MPs leaking government information to the opposition? We are told that a certain MP known to be close to government officials has been telling some opposition leaders 'bad things' about President Uhuru Kenyatta. It is not clear what the MP's intentions are but those watching the legislator say she is treading on very dangerous grounds.

A close associate of a top civil servant whose fortunes in the Jubilee government have plummeted has resorted to positing Bible verses and other inspiriting quotes in these tough times. Corridors heard that the associate is of the firm view that her friend's fortunes are beyond redemption and she is now praying to God to save the man. In his heydays, the associate was untouchable and never wasted any chance to demonstrate to all and sundry how the man's star was rising in Jubilee.

Despite someone "hacking" his emails we are told that the Chief Justice Willy Mutunga is strictly following the 31-point plan put together by his alleged 'war council.' The plan for example said the CJ will meet judges last weekend, he did. It also the CJ will go slow on the decision to relocate the court of appeal to Upper Hill. Yesterday, he announced that a technical committee will take six months to investigate the radiation at the new building before a final decision is made. Question is why has the CJ not denounced the contents of the "hacked' emails and why has he continued to implement the 'plan' as contained in the emails?
