Some top managers of one of the public universities have been put on the spot after it emerged that they misled the institution’s Senate in 2011 to award 28 Nigerian students a Masters of Philosophy in Entrepreneurship degrees for a course that was never offered by the university. Our moles tell us the managers travelled to Nigeria, returned with the list of the students and hurriedly developed the programme, pushed for its approval and forwarded the list of 'graduates' for endorsement by the Senate and University Council. Surprisingly, nobody since then has been admitted to study the same course or even graduated from the same even though the university continues to boast of having churned out Nigerian students for the programme.

The man was recently spotted camping outside the IEBC offices to allegedly follow up on the payment due to the firm.
