I adopted your exercise strategy to get a decade. 2 many years ago i had been burnt more than 30% of my body and with that lost 98lbs,heartbreaking as u may well imagine.My main query is what reps.should i exploit 10-8-6 or 12-10-8, my muscle tissues r weak.I've to mention you've got turn out to be an amazing specimen,will u at any time stop expanding LOL.Thanks Jay and preserve it up!
