Thursday, the 29 th of November 2012 - The Kenyan DAILY POST has learnt that some of the presidential aspirants may find themselves locked out of the race for failing to meet the conditions set in the constitution and the Political Parties Act both of which set out the number of supporters the aspirants needs to have in each county before being eligible to run.
