Poll rates Raila most preferred aspirant at 42.6%

Prime Minister Raila Odinga is likely to emerge as the President if elections were to be held today, anopinion poll has revealed.
The mid year opinion poll released on Saturday by Strategic Research and Public Relations showed that Raila enjoys most support as the preferred Presidential candidate followed by Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta.
Raila polled 42.6 percent against Uhuru’s 21.4 percent followed by Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka at 9.5 percent, William Ruto 8.3% and Martha Karua 7.8%.
