Spoilt Votes Concern

It was celebrations as the greens carried the day. But not everything was worth celebrating. Out of the total votes cast, thousands more were disqualified as spoilt. The interim independent electoral commission has voiced concerns on the high number of spoilt votes in this referendum calling for improved voter education exercises for future elections.
