Parliament to take the next step

Parliament may just be the next battle ground soon after president Mwai Kibaki promulgates the new constitution . The august house is expected to establish what will be known as the constitutional implementation oversight committee. The committee will be in charge of the implementation of the new constitution, and as Jane Kiyo reports choosing who to sit in the committee will be a hurdle that will require tact and compromise to overcome.
