The elections observation group [ELOG] independently conducted a parallel vote tabulation on the referendum exercise. Now, according to their projections released earlier, Kenyans would endorse the constitution with 68.8% of the voters giving the document a green light. Meanwhile, 31.2% of Kenyans would reject the document. Our reporter Sally Mbilu, has the details of their projections.
