Roads Ministry Demolitions

A mansion said to be worth 100 million shillings was today demolished in Kitusuru as part of ongoing efforts by government to reclaim land to be used for the construction of roads. In an exercise led by roads Minister Franklin Bett, bulldozers descended on the 8-bedroomed house and flattened it despite the owner's insistence that the house was not on government land.
