Two central Kenya mps who recently decamped to the 'no' camp held their first 'no' rally where they cautioned the residents to be wary of the chapter on land. Meanwhile, higher education minister William Ruto was in the western province for the 3rd day to woo voters as retired president Daniel Moi took his 'no' campaigns to Baringo. Chris Thairu reports.
