An administration police officer is being held at Ngong police station in Kajiado County after he allegedly shot dead another officer at a pub on Friday morning.
According to witness reports, a second police officer is nursing injuries at Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) following the fatal class.
The two officers allegedly clashed over a woman they were both interested in.The 3rd officer tried to pacify the situation, but matters got out of control.
In the heat of the argument, one officer discharged his weapon and shot his rival. He then turned the gun on the officer who had tried to break up the fight.

A month ago a police officer shot dead his colleague after mistaking him for a thug in the same area.
