Guard found murdered in Meru

A man aged between 20-30 years was found dead early Saturday morning along the Maua-Auki road at Auki market in Igembe-South Sub-County.

The body was found by the road-side at around 2AM with bruises all over.

It is believed that the deceased, who used to be a guard in one of the miraa farms, was killed and dumped along the road by unknown people.

The body was taken to the Meru teaching and referral hospital mortuary for a post-mortem.
