Instructed my lawyers to move to High court tomorrow morning over IEBC tribunal's Decision to Bar me from the Mathare by election relying on an irrelevant election law that says "A public officer who INTENDS to vie for an elective political position must RESIGN atlest six months before an election date" This law is not meant for a public officer who was dismissed or was I suppose to sack myself and where or how would I get the intention to vie for the by- election and the seat was not vacant then?I will donate my over 1000 signatures as an independent candite for IEBC's disbandment.Thanks to those friends who stood by me and to my supporters its 'Aluta Continua'
