Prophet David Owuor has landed at JKIA on board Congo Brazzaville, Denis Sassou Nguesso, presidential jet after a tour of Congo.
The prophet was expected to land at 4pm but his flight has delayed for unknown reasons. He landed a few minutes before 7pm accompanied by Congo Brazzaville ambassador.
Owuor said he had a very successful mission in Congo Brazzaville and even the President Nguesso gave his life to Christ. Owuor said the only way Kenya can have real healing was through repentance.
His followers had earlier lined up at the airport to welcome him back after what his ministry say was 'a powerful miraculous revival meetings in Congo.'
"The President of Congo Brazzaville, Denis Sassou Nguesso has released his private jet to bring to Kenya the Mighty Prophet of the LORD Dr. Owuor," reads an invite from ministry.
"He will be welcomed by the Council of Bishops, Overseers, Pastors and the entire congregation of the Ministry of Repentance and Holiness," the statement signed off by Senior Pastor Aurelia Wambui reads.
The use of Nguesso's jet may raise eyebrows for the prophet who preaches holiness with anti corruption calls being one of his teachings.
Nguesso has been accused of major corruption and impoverishing his country with his lavish tastes. He is said to own 16 of the most luxurious houses and flats in Paris,France.
According to anti-corruption groups Transparency International and Sherpa, Denis Sassou Nguesso is one of African politicians said to have built immense overseas property empires using public funds including the income of foreign aid from their countries treasuries.
Nguesso families is said to have 112 bank accounts and various sports cars despite the fact that 70 percent of Congo-Brazzaville people live on less than a dollar a day.
According to a report at my continent.com,  Nguesso has more love about his appearance and his suits than to help the economy of his country or to improve the poverty of his people.
"The French anti-money laundering authority, which declares that in April 2010, he ordered 91 suits from Pape for €276,000. A month earlier, in March 2010, he had bought 48 shirts for €24,000. In one year, in the 12 months from November 2009, Sassou N'Guesso spent more than €652,000 on clothes there. According to the investigative journalists Hofnung and Harel," the site say.
