Cord Alliance is preparing to take over government come 2017, an MP has said.
Deputy chief whip of minority in the National Assembly and Kiminini MP Chris Wamalwa said the alliance is still strategising on winning the election.
Speaking over the weekend during thanks giving ceremony for Kwale county women's representative Zainab Chidzuga at Baraza Park in Kwale town, Wamalwa asked the youth to take national identification cards.
“Kenyans should know ODM, Wiper and Ford Kenya, which are under Cord are not sitting down or breaking but  are together strategising on how to take over the government in the next general election,” he said.
He admitted that Jubilee Alliance defeated Cord in the March 4 elections because of the large number of registered voters in its strongholds, especially Central province.
