• The "Government" has overruled the Transition Authority decision to designate the current Prime Minister's office for the Nairobi Governor-elect. The "Government" is now saying that the office will be occupied by the Deputy President-elect and nobody should visit the building without permission from the "Government". Which "Government" is this because as far as Kenyans are concerned, Uhuru Kenyatta has not being sworn in yet as president and the current Government constitutes ODM and PNU affiliates. ODM is not aware of any such decision. Which "Government" is this then that is breaching the CONSTITUTION? Is it the Kibaki-led side of the government? or has Uhuru already taken over operations of the government without being sworn in?
