MUTAHI NGUNYI again: I didn’t support RAILA and he is still being cheated by OPINION POLLS

Monday February 18, 2013 - Political Scientist Mutahi Ngunyi has said he was joking when he stated that he will vote for Prime Minister Raila Odinga for the Presidency on March 4th.

Ngunyi, who is famous for his cutting edge hypothesis on Tyranny of Numbersstated on his twitter account on Friday that he was joking when he stated that he is backing the PM for the top office.

He also said that despite warning Raila on opinion polls, he still trusts them.

Here is one of his tweets,

Mutahi Ngunyi #The polls are back to cheat Raila. Now I rest my case until after March 4th. See you then. And by the way, my voting for Raila was a joke!

The brilliant political analyst last week generated mixed reactions over his hypothesis dubbed Tyranny of Numbers.

Mutahi said the Jubilee coalition won the election on December 18th when the voter registration ended, a thing which elicited mixed reactions from CORD luminaries including Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

Raila requested the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) to arrest   and probe Mutahi, claiming the hypothesis was aimed at polarising the country.

So far no arrest has been made!
