NKAISSERY “evicts” NGILU from his county ….. TRIBAL WAR (Hate SPEECH)

Monday November 12, 2012 - Kajiado Central MP Joseph Nkaissery on Sunday stormed a meeting organised by Water Minister Charity Ngilu in Kajido County, saying she is invading his home turf.

Ngilu who is the Narc Presidential hopeful had gone to Kajiado County to meet with women leaders from Kajiado Central and commission boreholes.

A war of words erupted when Ngilu told him that Kajiado is Kenya and that she is free to go wherever she pleases to seek votes.

Nkaissery  who is also the Defence Assistant Minister then called Ngilu a tribal chauvinist who is sowing  nepotism  in her Ministry.

“You have personalised Tana/Athi Water Services Board by employing Kambas alone. Tana/ Athi is not your pet but a government outfit,” Nkaissery said.

Ngilu on her part told him that most of the employees of Tanaathi are Kambas because the water body is serving the public in five counties which are Machakos, Makueni, Kitui, Kajiado and Mwingi District.

She said although Kambas were more than Maasai, all the top positions at Tanaathi were given to Maasai community.

“What else does Nkaissery want from me if he is not inciting the Maasai community against me?” Ngilu posed.
