Saturday September 15, 2012 - Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka has said Prime Minister Raila Odinga may plunge Kenya into civil anarchy if he is not elected the President in March next year.
In a hard hitting attack to the PM, Kalonzo said Raila Odinga has been claiming to be a reformer yet he cannot be entrusted with public property.
“You cannot preach reform when you cannot be trusted with public funds. You cannot claim to be a reformer when you do not believe in country’s unity,” the VP said.
The VP further said the so called “reformer’s house” was falling apart after the occupants realised that they are not real reformers but political conmen.
Kalonzo was speaking on Thursday night at a Nairobi hotel when he presided over the Wiper Ambassadors dinner that raised Sh 39 million for his presidential campaign.
Kalonzo, who is also Mwingi North MP, praised himself as a true reformer who will be committed to the full implementation of the new Constitution.
He said he is a brilliant lawyer who understands the Constitution well unlike other leaders who never finished High School.
