A presidential aspirants has become a victim of his philandering ways. The man, who is known for his love for the fairer sex, has gone slow in his presidential campaigns because of distractions from young girls. Last week, the man had to buy the silence of one of his girl, who threatened to ruin one of his major events unless he befittingly recognises her and provides for their child. For now, the woman has gone silent, but she is promising to emerge in due course if the man does not buy her a car and house before the general election.

Corridors has it that Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta is unhappy with former Limuru MP George Nyanja, who is eying Kiambu governor on a TNA ticket but is campaigning for a PNU candidate for Ikinu ward in Githunguri ahead of the September 17 by-election. Those in the know have hinted that the decision for Nyanja to go against his party boss may cost him dearly come election time.

An MP from central who is unhappy with the performance of the NCIC commissioners was yesterday launched a campaign to scuttle a proposal to extend the term of Mzalendo Kibunjia and his team. The MP, who has been lobbying his colleagues since the bill was introduced in the House on Tuesday, is desperately scouting for damaging dossier on the commissioners. The man has  approached and promised to pay journalists for any arsenal to deal with with the commissioners.

Just days after his tumultuous visit to Nyanza, Deputy PM Uhuru Kenyatta’s TNA party has been rocked by wrangles over misuse of funds in Nyanza. The party’s officials in the region are accusing a senior national official of sidelining them and hijacking the party's activities in the region. The complaints come barely two days after Uhuru visited the region and held rallies in Kisumu and Ndhiwa. They say bills incurred during the Uhuru visit to Ndhiwa have yet to be settled.
