Rabbit arrested on MISTAKEN IDENTITY

Monday, August 13, 2012 - Rabbit a.k.a. kaka sungura popularly known for his track ‘staki kukuona’ was last week arrested by police in Nairobi’s Makongeni estate as he walked home.

Word has it that the upcoming rapper was stopped by officers on patrol and accused of being a thief. The officers took him to Makongeni police station where they booked him in, and fortunately one of the officers recognized him and helped him kiss his road to freedom.

The officers had fun with him down at the station as they took photos with him, signed autographs and had him rap some of his lyrics for them; he was later driven home with the police land rover.

Rabbit is making his East African tour that is meant to publicize his debut album ‘hekaya za kaka sungura’ (tales of kaka sungura). He left for Tanzania on Saturday for a concert which was held there over the weekend.
