William Ruto


  • Crimes Against Humanity Charges (International Criminal Court)
  • Mentioned in Maize Scandal (2009)
  • Case involving Kenya Pipeline land
  • Case involving an Internally Displaced Person over land alleged to have been irregularly acquired during the post election violence in Eldoret (2008)
  • Case involving Prisons land where he is purported to have erected a hotel
  • Adversely believed to have been involved with Youths for KANU 1992 which was a lobby group for the re-election of President Moi. The leadership of the lobby group is believed to have misused public resources in enriching themselves and caused unimaginable harm to those who opposed President Moi


Uhuru Kenyatta


  • Crimes Against Humanity Charges (International Criminal Court)
  • Believed to have been involved in the Maize Scandal since he was the Finance Ministry which was a signatory to the SGR quota allocations(2009)
  • Believed to have run down a state corporation in favor of his company (Brookeside) with the aim of monopolizing dairy production in Kenya.
  • Under his watch as the Finance Minister, he presented a 9 billion error in budgetary figures
  • Is believed to be a binge drinker and use of hard drugs (marijuana).


Raila Odinga


  • He is believed to have acquired Spectre International (Molasses Plant in Kisumu) illegally after the residents contributed money to have the company run as public property
  • Academic credentials (having been a lecturer at the UON without clear qualifications).
  • It is believed that the Maize scandal took place under his watch as the Superviser of all ministries
  • Kazi Kwa Vijana controversy was directly under his office
  • He is believed to be surrounding himself with high-handed and corrupt individuals
  • Involvement in the 1982 Coup
  • He is believed to be the architecture of the 41 tribes against one campaign strategy used in 2007


Musalia Mudavadi


  • Adversely mentioned in the Goldenberg scandal where it is believed Kenyans lost billions of shillings
  • Illegal sale of City Council Cemetry land took place under his watch
  • Gave false information to the commission of enquiry into the Goldenberg Scandal


Kalonzo Musyoka


  • Land case pitting the VP against National Youth Service
  • Contemp of Court in 1990
  • Having illegally acquired radio frequencies for a company run by his wife
  • Ran down Access Kenya leading to loss of jobs by many Kenyans
  • Illegal sale of Somali Embassy to Kenya when the Somali government lost it's legal standing
  • Illegally acquired land in Masangaleni and Yatta areas


Martha Karua


  • Reported to be having an affair with religious father raising controversy and mentioned in the media
  • Had a case of molestation of her housework
  • She is believed to be too arrogant


Peter Kenneth


  • Believed to have ran down Kenya Re-Insurance while serving as the Director
  • Is believed to have worked his way to the political limelight through an affair with a powerful minister in the Moi era
