Odinga confers with Mr. Fan Jiaxing

PM RAILA Odinga confers with Mr. Fan Jiaxing, President Sina Hydro Corporation, in Beijing, Wednesday 18 July. The PM hailed technical cooperation between China and Kenya. Also present were Ministers Fred GUMO (Regional Development), Njeru Githae (Finance) and Noah Wekesa (Forestry and Wildlife) as well,as Permanent Secretaries Eng. Rege (Regional Development) and Eng. Kamau (Roads). Sino Hydro are part of the team working on Thika Road. They will soon embark on Kibwezi - Kitui and Garsen to Lamu. Roads. The Kibwezi - Kitui Road will link the port of Lamu to Ethiopia. Sino Hydro are also going tp work on the Southern bypass for Kisumu.
