Miguna says he exercised his right of expression to come up with the book, which he said exposes what Kenyans do not know.
Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga's special adviser on coalition Affairs and close ally turned rival Miguna Miguna has threatened to spill the beans if anyone dares challenge the contents of his newly launched book ‘Peeling Back the mask'.
Speaking during the during the launch of the book at a Nairobi hotel Saturday, Miguna says he is privy to the role played by Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) and its leaders in the aftermaths of 2007 election among other allegations of corruption inviting those who wish to go to court to challenge him to do so.
The controversial 500 page book authored was launched amid heightened speculations over the publication and timing of release of the book.
Guest of honor at the launch lawyer Paul Muite however downplayed the rumors saying the book was not targeting anyone but a manifest of exercising freedom of expression and bring the facts to the fore.
Muite observed the premier who is adversely mentioned in the book owes Kenyans an explanation regarding issues raised if he was committed to substantiate his leadership capability.
"There is some unfinished business about the attempted coup in 1982. I think Kenyans would wish to hear the views of the Prime Minister so that people can be able to properly put into context the democratic credentials, respect for the law and constitutionalism," he said.
Kamukunji MP Yusuf Hassan and former Kitutu Chache MP Jimmy Angwenyi and civil society groups are among others who attended the book launch.
Miguna categorically stated that he owes no one an apology for his book and was ready to defend what he termed as facts in a court of law.
"Obviously, if somebody wants to go to court, they can go.  I want them to go to court so that I can deal with them once and for all. You may hate me or love me, but you can never honestly say that I am inconsistent," he stated.
He told off those posing the question - why now - saying like any author he was entitled to write a book any time anywhere and about anything he knows, and that having vacated the premiers office he owes Kenyans information of what transpired during his tenure.
Miguna caricatured the happenings in ODM, laying bare the premier lieutenants terming them corrupt leaders who cannot afford to lecture Kenyans on anything about reforms.
Tearing into Raila's inner circle, the Canadian Educated lawyer choreographed a den of what he alleges to be corruption masked in a smokescreen of reforms within the ODM wing with the primer chocked in the middle.
He even went further to detail how an aid to the premier in a rush to ring-fence himself with luxury allegedly bought five vehicles valued at 50 million shillings despite earning a meager salary.
The preboisterous Miguna is daring anyone wishing to challenge him to quickly run to the court saying he was not spewing venom and he is not a rebel with a course but rather peeling back the mask of the happening within the PM's enclave.
The book outlines issues Miguna considers injustices in ODM and how a few individuals who surrounded the premier amassed wealth within a very short period.
The book is published by Gilgamesh Publishing Limited and is retailing at 24.95 pounds, (about Sh 3,300.)
