NAIROBI, Kenya, Aug 23 – President Mwai Kibaki has nominated Prof Githu Muigai to replace Amos Wako as Attorney General.A statement from the Presidential Press Service says the President made the nomination after consultations with Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
Prof Muigai’s name has now been forwarded to the National Assembly for approval.
