Share/Save/Bookmark A political activist and a known newspaper columnist suffered serious injuries at a chips kiosk in Nairobi after his girlfriend picked a quarrel with another woman who had jumped the queue. The commentator was kicked to the ground by the woman his girl friend was quarreling with when he tried to intervene. The two who looked drunk were forced to runaway from the food kiosk on Ngong road as a huge crowd started forming around the scene.

A multimillion real estate investment by a cabinet minister known for his love for gambling is raising eyebrows. The minister is
putting up 10 flats in Kileshwa and now  some of his former associates want the Kenya Anti Corruption Commission to investigate where the
minister  got the money he is investing. The gambler is known for literally crying every time he looses the game.

An MP from Coast Province has been facing serious marital problems after his wife insisted in knowing the type of relationship he has been having with a well-known girl from Central province said to be pregnant by him. The legislator has been suffering from massive stress that he decided to cut down on his public appearances to let the issue cool off

Caleb Ole Nkure, a third year Finance student, weathered all the ethnic storms to emerge victorious in this years' University of Eastern Africa Baraton students' elections. In a first ever and much-castigated delegates system of voting, Nkure trounced all his opponents, Evance Obure and Vincent Nyakoko who were viewed to have the backing of the administration. Some of the delegates previously elected by respective department's could not find their names in the final list after word went round that the Dean of Students Office had replaced them with friendly delegates, but due to the pressure they put on the electoral commission of Baraton, the original list was used.
