Dinner-time visits to State House by an MP from Rift Valley have gained the attention of staff. Suspicion is growing among Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s staff following reports that one of them is a "traitor". Our tipster says the senior staff are wary of one  colleague who they suspect of working closely with a key rival of the PM to deliver “intelligence” regarding the PM’s political plans to his opponents. They believe the man is a mole because he is a frequent visitor to hotels located in Upper Hill and State House area which are favourite hangouts for PNU operatives.

Still at the Shell and BP House where the PM's offices are located. A senior procurement officer is said to be hiding something. His colleagues say the man has a  huge, expensive fuel-guzzler which he keeps in a secure parking at the city centre. From there, he enters a small saloon car which he then leaves in his designated parking at the Shell BP House. In the evening, the man repeats the same cycle — drives the small car to the secure parking and then zooms out in the Prado.
