Dinner-time visits to State House by an MP from Rift Valley have gained the attention of staff. His colleagues say the man has a huge, expensive fuel-guzzler which he keeps in a secure parking at the city centre. From there, he enters a small saloon car which he then leaves in his designated parking at the Shell BP House. In the evening, the man repeats the same cycle — drives the small car to the secure parking and then zooms out in the Prado.
