Marende On Oversight C'ttees

The speaker of the national assembly has urged leaders to keep to the spirit exhibited by Kenyans during the referendum and ensure the new constitution is implemented to the letter. Speaking at a meeting of commonwealth high commissioners, Kenneth Marende urged political parties to build consensus before the new constitution becomes law.
