The two grand coalition principals have called a crucial meeting to discuss the unfolding politics around the new constitution. President Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga will co-chair a joint ODM/PNU parliamentary group meeting at the KICC. The meeting comes amid wrangles in the government over who ought to be included in the implementation of the new constitution.
