Constitution implementation

On the rumble and tussle over the implementation of the new constitution, Speaker of the national assembly Kenneth Marende, says he's optimistic that members of parliament will steer clear of partisan politics when forming the parliamentary oversight committee on the implementation of the new constitution. The speaker spoke as open warfare broke out in ODM over the impending implementation process. Rashid Ronald reports.
